In warmer parts of the world, like Central America and India, banana leaves grow large enough to keep full-grown adults out of the wet weather. Pretty eco-friendly, right?

Hilda (from Pokémon Black & White) seems to have been caught in a squall without an umbrella.
It’s not an uncommon fantasy trope for characters to be shrunk or for the existence of tiny people to be acknowledged.
It all happened because he was human, I wasn’t, and I fell in love with him──

“The Little Mermaid” is a tragic and heartrending love story woven by the author Hans Christian Andersen. The story of a little mermaid who sacrifices many things for the man she loves continues to be passed down through generations as a message that speaks about the power and the transience of a maiden’s love. To give up her love, be turned into bubbles, and disappear or to kill the prince, become a mermaid once again, and return to the ocean… The options laid for her are poles apart and yet she has to do something--it’s an unforgettable part of the tale.

Today, we’re featuring various illustrations of “mermaids”. Some are heartrending and beautiful, while some others are just plain adorable. Enjoy!

Have you ever dreamed of taking a bite of that delicious looking home?
However, you must be careful: an evil witch lives in that house, and she wants to feed on the two brothers! The two of them used their heads to escape from the evil witch, but would you be able to do the same thing?

Today we feature a number of beautiful illustrations portraying the world of Hansel and Gretel... Which is a pretty scary story, though it's a fairy tale. Enjoy!
