Our bones are very important to our health and structure. However, skeletons have long been a symbol of death and a source of fear for many. That fear, however, can be turned into artistic inspiration as many artists have proven throughout the years.

Take a look at some of the creative ways skeletons are depicted in the amazing illustrations below and see if perhaps you see them in a different light.

Have you ever wondered what you’d do if an animal much larger than normal appeared before you? It’d probably be quite frightening, but it might also be so awe-inspiring that you’d be unable to look away.

Imagine: a mountain range in the distance suddenly begins to move. Before long, you’re staring at a humongous tiger as it lets out an earth shattering growl.

What animal would you want to see a giant version of? The sky’s the limit!

Ever seen an anteater before? It's got a black and white body with a super long face... sometimes it can be mistaken as a tapir! When you think of an anteater, don't you think of that one joke? "You shall not pass!" says the anteater, in a threatening pose... oh, that was another series. Nevermind.
The anteater gets its name from eating ants so it has a super long tongue. Apparently it can eat up to 30,000 ants in a single day...!!
Today's Spotlight is all about the mysterious yet cute anteater! Check it out!

The Axolotl! Sometimes they're known as "walking fish" or "Mexican salamander"... but they aren't fish! Their round eyes and pudgy faces create a really cute appearance. Their mouths always look like they are smiling and their tiny limbs flap around, creating an appearance like a baby... so cute! Some may wonder where they get those nicknames and think they look like a fierce dragon. If they're in trouble, they just might get like that! Check out these adorable creatures.
