Everyone’s favorite pair of vividly colored plumbers are enjoying an all-new adventure playing out on the silver screen!


On April 5, 2023, The Super Mario Bros. Movie debuted on US movie screens, telling a whole new yet somehow familiar story of Mario and his brother Luigi winding up in a realm that’s far from home.


Mario finds himself in the Mushroom Kingdom, ruled by Princess Peach, and is shown around this strange new world by Toad, who also informs him that his brother has wound up in the “Dark Lands,” ruled by the evil Bowser, who has eyes for the Mushroom Kingdom monarch.


To help Mario rescue his brother, Peach seeks allies from the Jungle Kingdom, where they encounter Donkey Kong. What unfolds is a fun adventure that both die-hard and brand new fans are sure to love!
