There are certain things in life that you can only experience as a teenager, or that feel particularly intense because they’re new. It could be falling in love for the first time, making a best friend, or striving towards a shared goal with your teammates. Some of these experiences might later become fond memories, some bittersweet, but regardless, they make up a part of who you are today. And perhaps, in time, nostalgia will heal even the pain of the not-so positive memories.
