We're having a Ugoira/Animated Illustration contest for pixiv Matsuri from August 14th to September 30th 2014. The illustrations will be used to decorate our massive yagura bandstand at pixiv Matsuri. If you create or design a character that will give a huge festive feel and grow the hype for our event, you might just win a prize! Contest ends September 20th!
