What's Inside Your Fridge?

During Summer, the hotter it gets and the more indispensable our fridge becomes. So important that in Japan it's also known as one of the three sacred treasures of electrical appliances! Since its birth, 60 years ago, its use hasn't been limited to cooling down various foods and ingredients; it's also useful to freeze vegetables and meat to preserve them for long periods of time! Up to now, we remarkably evolved and also developed ways to freeze our foods while keeping them easy to cut.
