Pumpkin Yellow Drawings [Color Series]

The color we're picking up today is a beautiful golden yellow with reddish undertones. In Japanese, it's called yamabukiiro!

Yamabuki (Japanese globeflowers) bloom around the end of spring, but we think this color is perfect for the Autumn season. Even if you have never seen yamabuki flowers before, try to imagine the colors of gingko leaves when Autumn come, or the color of a particularly beautiful sunset. In the west, this color is often called "pumpkin yellow", which is why many people connect it to Autumn.
