Who are the Mejiros?
The Mejiro family is one of the most prestigious and affluent families in the equine girl world and has produced many generations of athletic horse girls. The family is modeled after Mejiro Farm, a former real-life racehorse breeding farm.
Canonically, the Mejiro name is one that is widely known throughout the horse racing community, and many of their girls have made names for themselves since their enrolling in Tracen Academy, both in and outside of its walls. The family also seems to frequently hold major events, such as parties to allow trainers and the girls to interact with each other.

Mejiro Palmer has already attracted the attention of many. She runs her races as if she were flying through the sky, although she sometimes seems a bit troubled. An April Fool’s Day project called “Mejiro Family Afternoon Party” and its accompanying song, “Hymn to Mejiro”, were praised by many for the production quality.
