Black Tea Collection!!

Ah, it's the afternoon--3pm. It's a time where I just want to take it easy, perhaps a quiet time with biscuits... oh, it's perfect for tea. I could add lemon or perhaps milk... of course, a bit of herb and maybe some fruits... anything that will make it more delicious. Today's Spotlight is all about black tea! Tea time has a bit of a fancy image due to the fact that in the 17th century, aristocrats enjoyed the luxury of tea, making it even more popular. Why not make today a bit more refined by having a nice cuppa?
