<p>“Dou Agaite mo Zetsubou” is a popular Japanese catchphrase which can originally be found in the horror video game “SIREN”. It basically means that no matter how much you struggle, what awaits is only despair. It is also a tag used for those illustrations that portrait a sense of hopelessness and gloom. This saying was born in an incredibly depressing and unbelievably frustrating video game, and the same scary atmosphere is very well transmitted in these illustrations, don’t you think?</p><p>Today we collected a series of illustrations we found under the tag “Dou Agaite mo Zetsubou”. Enjoy!</p><p></p>

The characters in these illustrations are drawn in a way that appears as if they will jump off the page at any moment and are crafted in such perfection that makes the viewer think “I can’t win” this battle. “I can’t win” is the tag these illustrations are found under. Both the hair-raising beauty and charm exuding from the screen will have you muttering out loud “I can't win!” before you know it. This time, delicately drawn backgrounds, powerful poses, and unwavering, dignified eyes make up this feature on illustrations tagged with “I can’t win.”<p></p>

March 1st is the first day of the job hunting season and you can often spot students wearing identical black suits - that’s how you dress to look for a job in Japan. It’s an occasion to actively chase after one’s dreams and future. But it’s not always simple… Students are often uneasy about the whole job-hunting event. One of the hardest aspects is, of course, the first interview: you have to sit in front of the commission and try your best to sell yourself. It’s really easy to get nervous in a situation like this, and sometimes words don’t seem to come out right.
Today, we collected a series of parodic illustrations portraying situation that may happen during job hunting?! Take a look!
