Double Peace Sign!
When Japanese are happy or something great happened, they tend to want to make a peace sign showing their feelings. When you raise your index and middle finger together with the rest of your fingers closed, it's also called the "V sign"... it represents both peace and victory. When you make a peace sign with both hands, that's what we call "double peace" or "double peace sign!" It doubles the happiness!
