Spinning a Pottery Wheel…?!
"Rokuro-Mawashi" (literally "spinning a pottery wheel") is a Japanese Internet slang that describes a pose commonly observed in an interview article of a person in the Web- or IT-related industry.
This pose, also called "Air-Rokuro", was named on March 17, 2012 4 years ago today as @alpino_kou2, a Twitter user, tweeted with expression "gesticulating with both hands like shaping ceramics on a pottery wheel".
When those people are talking, they often take this pose without noticing it. Just try it, and you can easily find an interview article with a photo of the interviewee in "Rokuro-Mawashi" pose!
