Once you're handcuffed, it's over! Handcuffs are used with criminals, and once they close around you're wrists there's not much you can do if you don't own the keys. I bet there are many boys out there who dream to be handcuffed by a good looking policewoman, to the tune of "you're under arrest! On the contrary, thinking about handcuffs wrapped around thin girls' wrists can breathe life into many unorthodox thoughts.
