In the Buddhist tradition, monks are male figures who leave their homes in order to pursue and keep Buddhist precepts. Their stoic way of life looks so cool compared to our everyday life! Sometimes, especially in novels and manga, Buddhist monks are also fighters. Their strong beliefs, together with their gowns and stoles, make them extremely hot!
