"Pop Team Epic" (also known as 'Poptepipic') is a four-panel manga serialized on Takeshobo's 4-panel manga website "Manga Life Win". The creator of this manga is Bkub Okawa, who is also a pixiv user. There have been 2 book volumes published as of now. A sentence (taken from pixiv Encyclopedia) which reads "An extraordinarily absurd 4-panel manga!!" was written right on the center of the first book volume's paper wrapper. And it is no exaggeration; it is an honest description of the series.

At a first glance, the characters appear adorable... But do not let them fool you. This is a comedy manga series that covers all issues and genres you could think of (except dirty jokes); ranging from mundane affairs, parodies of other series, common jokes, satire, nonsense, slapstick, and repeated jokes.
