Shouichi (ショウイチ) is an artist who masterfully draws girls’ daily routine, which means that Shouichi also illustrates that transitioning stage during which the girls’ innocent and round faces transform to those of a grown-up. Shouichi’s great precision when it comes to drawing scenery enables us to almost physically feel the hold of time and season and it results in the girl in the illustration appearing as if she really does exist there. Viewing Shouichi’s artworks is much like flipping through a photo album and the experience moves you emotionally, making you want to watch over these girls as they outgrow their adolescence and enter adulthood.
