We believe that when it comes to Japanese school uniforms for boys, many people will declare their admiration for the gakuran (a uniform set that includes a jacket with stand-up collar and a pair of loose trousers). The tight stand-up collar may have a stoic and austere vibe to it, but once it's loosened, it gives the boy a mischievous impression--one that makes him appear cool and full of vitality.
