It's a classic dessert to enjoy during Japanese summers and might be known by a different name in different areas. The main style is crushed ice with syrup over it... sometimes with toppings. A very simple snack! Lately the popular variants at stores have been mango, yogurt, and tiramisu... it's so nice to have a variety!
