Drawings of Mikaeri Bijin - Turn Around, Bright Eyes

Mikaeri bijin (見返り美人, lit. "beauty looking back") is a trope in Japanese art that is said to have originated from an ukiyo-e woodblock print by Hishikawa Moronobu.
Typically, a mikaeri bijin artwork depicts a beautiful person turning around to look at the viewer. If the artist is skilled, the result is a delicate portrait.
