Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were released on November 19th, 2021 as remakes of the Pokémon classics, Diamond and Pearl. Just like in the original games, the remakes feature Cynthia.

Who is Cynthia?

She is the Champion Trainer of the Sinnoh region who makes an appearance in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Despite her beauty and refined appearance, she’s quite easy to talk to. She’s not just limited to the Sinnoh region; she also makes appearances in the Alola and Unova regions.

While she does have a few less-than-stellar qualities, such as her room being a bit of a disaster, she’s a top-class Pokémon trainer. Her well-balanced team includes: Garchomp, an incredibly strong dragon-type; Milotic, known for its endurance; Lucario, an outstandingly balanced attacker; and Spiritomb, who’s only weak against fairy-types.
