Fate/Grand Order fans have been simply over the moon since the introduction of Archetype: Earth as a playable character into the mobile app game from July 31, 2022.

Who is "Archetype: Earth"?

A 5-Star Moon Cancer-class Servant who made a guest appearance in Fate/Grand Order on July 31, 2022, as a limited-time character to celebrate the game's 7th anniversary.

She first debuted in the competitive game MELTY BLOOD Actress Again Current Code. Archetype: Earth is the lunar princess alter ego of Arcueid Brunestud, the main heroine of Type-Moon's visual novel Tsukihime, which was released in 2000.

In Fate/Grand Order, she can take on up to three different forms; each with a different appearance and personality representing different timelines. Her first form, Stage 1, is a future form that “she should have attained” and Stage 3 is a past form that she could have attained if she hadn't "committed a certain error".

Her Stage 2 form, however, is meant to be Arcueid's "current" form, set several years after the events of Tsukihime. This form particularly excited fans of the visual novel and ignited hopes for future projects, such as a Tsukihime collaboration.
