Underpants, Drawers!

Drawers are underpants that can sometimes be worn under a skirt. Sometimes they have frills and ribbons... lace... very girly! Their history spans a long time back from the Middle Ages in Europe. They appeared in Japan around the Meiji Era. Today's Spotlight is all about these nice drawers, all spotted under skirts... they sometimes look a bit childish but they have a lot of charm!
