Pigtails Day!!!

Today is Pigtails Day!! In 2012, the Japan Twin-tail (Pigtail) Association decided to make today a celebration of pigtails! Pigtails are a hairstyle that involves having two ponytails on the sides... and create the image of moe!!! Characters in anime, manga, and such have a lot of pigtails--a great trademark!
