Kiseru, Smoking Pipes!

Have you ever heard of “kiseru”, a Japanese smoking pipe? It”s a thin, elongated pipe you can mainly see in period dramas.The pipe body is called “rau” and it can be decorated with different motifs. It’s one of the most high-valued and beloved items between traditional crafts. Today we collected a series of illustrations portraying characters smoking the kiseru.
