Devotion and Faith! Samurai Drawings
A long time ago, in Japan, there used to be some men who were called “samurai”. This word comes from the verb “saburau”, which means “to follow the master you are serving”. If a samurai was asked to choose between loyalty to his master or his own life, he would probably sacrifice the second. This kind of spirit is almost non-existent in today’s society. However, the concept of sacrificing everything in order to remain loyal to one’s principles exists today too. Today we collected a series of beautiful illustrations portraying samurai warriors. Enjoy!
