Are these really made with Copics!? - “Copic no Honki” Drawings
Copic markers are the go-to tool for a huge number of analog artists. They’re very popular even amongst beginners, and on March 6th we celebrate their 30th anniversary!
But what is it exactly that makes Copic markers so special? Easy: their vivid colors, versatility and ease of use. There’s a tag on pixiv which features all those illustrations which were colored with Copic markers, but that at first sight might be mistaken for digital art: that tag is called Copic no Honki, which can roughly be translated with “The Real Power of Copics”. Today we collected a series of beautiful artworks that will totally make you say “are these really colored with markers!?”. Enjoy!
