How focus can you get in one hour?

Focusing your attention on something for an entire hour seems to be a difficult thing to do in this day and age where people are always racing against time. When there’s laundry to do and house chores to attend to, sitting down and just focusing on something for an hour is easier said than done. Laying around doing nothing seems to be a great idea when we do get some time for ourselves after coming back from work or school. Well, there are people out there who decide to spend an hour to draw an illustration.
