Drawings of Water Lilies - Colors blooming at the water's edge.
The water lily is the epitome of aquatic plants. It is said that the Japanese name of the flower, suiren (literally "sleeping lotus"), comes from the fact that the flower looks like it's asleep when it closes its petals in the evening. In the language of flower, water lily defines a pure heart, trust, and faith. All of these attributes combined give water lily a mysterious sort of beauty. The fantastic and transparent beauty of the white and pink flowers as they bloom around the body of water are also impossible to hate.
Today we are featuring illustrations of water lilies. Please enjoy!
