Drawings of Furisode - Brilliant and Bright Kimono ♡
You may be familiar with the word kimono, but have you heard of furisode? These are kimono for younger unmarried women, usually dyed bright colors with dazzling patterns. The name means “falling sleeves” and alludes to the extra long sleeves on these traditional garments.
