Drawings Featuring Characters Wearing Eyeshadow - Where There’s Smoke, There’s Fire
The use of eyeshadow is quite an old practice. Even in Ancient Egypt, pharaohs and members of royalty would apply kohl, among the oldest cosmetics, to give themselves what is sometimes called a “smoky eye” effect.
This was done because they believed it made them look like their gods. While that’s certainly up to debate, it’s hard to deny that when properly applied, eye shadow has the power to give the wearer an ethereal appearance.
To which of the characters below will you be making an offering?
