Drawings Featuring Balloons - Don't Let Them Float Away!

One of the most exciting things about going to places like carnivals, fairs, or sometimes even the dentist, was the chance of possibly walking away with a fun balloon or two that you'd admire and play with for hours. They can brighten up just about any special occasion and lift spirits as easily as they lift off from the ground.
