So Beautiful It Hurts, Narcissus Flowers
Growing straight up in the shape of a trumpet - that’s right, the Narcissus. It’s said that its name came from a beautiful man in a Greek fable with the same name. In the fable, Narcissus fell in love with his own reflection in the river, and stared at it until he was transformed into the flower by a Goddess. It’s meaning in flower language, narcissism, and self-centeredness may make you hesitate before giving it to someone else, but it also means to respond to love. Today, we have a series of illustrations featuring Narcissus. Enjoy!
