How many of you can't wait to spend a day outside when the autumnal weather is nice and comfortable!? Autumn is perfect for sports, and to move our bodies a little! In Japan, there are even national holidays named after sports, such as the "Health and Sports Day" in October. Many schools organize sports festivals, too!
