Bewitching colors. Vermillion Eyes

Vermillion eyes never cease to be charming and to attract gazes.

That charm might be related to the goodness of a healthy blood, or because it reminds people of when eyes get red after crying or when someone's really excited. Traditional Japanese figures such as Kumadori and Maiko have been using red makeup since ancient times. Apparently, vermillion eyes have been charming people for hundreds of years!
