Drawings Featuring Fluttering Skirts - Riding the Breeze

Sometimes a skirt flutters in the wind or just as you begin to run, giving the appearance of the skirt's hem cheerily and animatedly dancing. This method is an excellent way for artists to evoke motion within a still image and give it life.
