Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a story written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge that is set against a backdrop of Japan during the Taisho period, and follows the protagonist Tanjiro Kamado as he battles demons as part of his quest to help his sister regain her humanity.
Season 1 of the anime was broadcast from April 2019 to September of the same year, and the movie Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train premiered in Japan on October 16th, 2020, going on to be the highest-grossing movie in Japan ever.
The continuation, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Entertainment District Arc, was broadcast from December 2021 to February 2022. The newest installment, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Swordsmith Village, began its broadcast in April 2023 and is already making waves as fans tune into this exciting new chapter of the anime.
In this new season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Mitsuri Kanroji is finally getting her chance to shine! One of the nine most powerful Demon Slayers called the Hashira, Mitsuri is not only extremely strong and talented as a swordswoman but extremely cute and sweet as well!
