Brought to you by the creators of Punishing: Gray Raven is the open-world action role-playing game Wuthering Waves! In this story-rich RPG developed and published by Kuro Games, the player awakens from their slumber as the protagonist Rover to a futuristic, post-apocalyptic world of Solaris-3, where a catastrophe known as the Lament has wiped out most of humanity. Joined by a vibrant cast of recruited allies called Resonators, the player must embark on a journey to reclaim their lost memories and overcome the Lament.

One character from Wuthering Waves is Zani, instantly recognizable by her large horns, tail, striking red eyes, and dark face markings. The world of Genshin Impact, miHoYo’s action RPG that has made quite a splash among fans the world over, is exceedingly vast—so much so that we are hard-pressed to fit in all there is to know about its many distinct nations and their people. Previously in this series, we looked at fan art from the Mondstadt, Liyue, and Sumeru regions. Today, we’ll continue our series on the seven worlds of Teyvat and let you in on a few of their secrets.

One thing that is immediately apparent to the Traveler upon arriving in Fontaine is its height. Known as the source of all waters on the continent, the nation of Hydro towers above all others, gazing down upon its people who lead orderly lives as they await their “judgment” in the not-so-distant future. At the edge of Fontaine lies the Romaritime Harbor, where much of the hustle and bustle is drowned out by the sound of the thunderous waterfall. Though this behemoth takes considerable time to ascend, even by elevator, the rewards are sweet for those patient enough to make the journey.

Other sites that may interest the Traveler are Opera Epiclese and The Fontaine Research Institute. A large opera house that also functions as the main courthouse of Fontaine, Opera Epiclese is where comedy and tragedy come together, often blurring the lines of reality. Besides being a hub of culture and the arts, Fontaine boasts technological prowess. Many of the Fontaine Research Institute’s mechanical inventions benefit Fontaine, although the Institute’s reputation remains somewhat controversial among the nation’s people.

As the Traveler continues their journey through Fontaine, they can interact with and obtain a total of 14 playable characters, each aligned with one of the seven Elements and bearing one of five Weapon types: Bows, Catalysts, Claymores, Polearms, or Swords.

Lyney, Celebrated Magician of the Court of Fontaine and Lynette’s twin brother, who is capable of bewitching hearts with a flourish of his hat.

Lynette, a “Multi-Function Magic Assistant” to her twin brother Lyney, has cat-like agility and unpredictability, making her a formidable sword-wielder.

Freminet, an expert diver who hides a boyish innocence beneath his icy exterior.

Neuvillette, whose role as Chief Justice makes him a popular, if aloof, figure among Fontaine’s people.

Wriothesley, the “Duke” of the Fortress of Meropide, who serves as the prison’s administrator and a role model for the prisoners.

Charlotte, a journalist for The Steambird who is constantly on the hunt for the “truth,” even at the expense of her own safety.

Furina, the flamboyant Hydro Archon who lives for the thrill of the courtroom.

In celebration of Disney Twisted-Wonderland’s limited-time event, “Stage in Playful Land: The Dancing Puppet and the Fabled Amusement Park”, we will be featuring fan art of the characters from this popular franchise!

Heads up, rhythm game enthusiasts! The smash-hit mobile game HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE!, also known as Project Sekai in Japan, will soon celebrate its 3rd anniversary since its initial release on September 30, 2020! Featuring many iconic Vocaloid songs, the game takes you on a melodious journey through multiple mysterious worlds (sekai) that exist as many as human emotions. Trinity Integrated Academy is one such school. There are many after-school activities at this large school, and you get the chance to meet students with many different interests, whether they be Mika Misono and Nagisa Kirifuji from the Tea Party student council or Tsurugi Kenzaki, Mashiro Shizuyama, and Hasumi Hanekawa from the Justice Task Force.

There’s also the Sisterhood, which includes members like Sakurako Utazumi, Hinata Wakaba, and Mari Iochi, and the Library Committee, consisting of Ui Kozeki and Shimiko Endō. These pious girls are dedicated to their spiritual journeys and their responsibilities on the physical plane!

Anime Expo 2023, North America's largest anime and manga event, took place in Los Angeles from Saturday, July 1st to Tuesday, July 4th.
At this event, pixiv presented a collaborative gallery with the popular game Genshin Impact. The gallery was a feast for the eyes, featuring not just official art and in-game scenes, but also a curated selection of 80 incredible fan art pieces. Haruna Kurodate, Izumi Shishidō, Akari Wanibuchi, and Junko Akashi are four girls who know exactly what they want from life and they’re going to get it! (“It” being all the delicious food they can find! Extremely relatable.)

Meanwhile, be careful not to be fooled by the so-called Problem Solver 68! Aru Rikuhachima, Kayoko Onikata, Mutsuki Asagi, and Haruka Igusa are definitely here to cause trouble, and if you don’t like it, there’s probably a door somewhere that they’ll blow up so you can leave.
