Chinese clothing is called hanfu. While the styles themselves have evolved over time, they’re characterized by elaborate, flowing layers in many different colors.

While traditional Chinese clothing is featured in many different works, the immensely popular Mo Dao Zu Shi is certainly helping boost interest in these historical styles. Not all of the illustrations below feature period-accurate outfits, but they were certainly inspired by Chinese designs.
