Now that the pixiv Ambassador Project 2025 has finished...
We asked each ambassador for their reflections on the project. See what they said about this landmark project!

In this day and age, when everyone is inundated with all kinds of work from every possible avenue, it was a truly valuable and enjoyable opportunity to see unique works and hear the stories behind them from artists who love to create. It was like taking the time to view artwork at a museum. I felt as if I had entered a place where I could disappear and only the art remained. Thank you so much for creating and sharing such wonderful works. I sincerely hope that all the artists will continue to do great work!
SoYooNG (SINI42)

More people participated than I expected. It felt like I enjoyed three blissfully happy months of creativity. The humor and imagination imbued in each piece were very impressive and captivating, which gave me fresh inspiration as an artist. It also gave me a chance to once again rediscover the simple joy of drawing.

YUNA

Everyone is busy, including the participants of this project. However, I hoped that this could be a strength rather than a weakness. I wanted to create a situation where they had no choice but to design their own original characters with minimal effort and time. There's no need for precision; completing one drawing is better than none! That's why I designed a simple, clear project that was flexible enough to allow people to freely express their individuality. I reviewed all the submitted works and provided feedback. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all the unique creations I got to see!
Say HANa

Shipi

The idea behind this project was to "support creatives in drawing interesting original works". So I came up with three completely different themes and, as a result, we got to see many, many different kinds of artworks. I was very impressed by the creativity! Not only did seeing all of them personally reignite the passion I have for art, but I also became convinced that it will do the same for many other people.

A final word from the pixiv Ambassador Project staff
Their excitement inspired many creators to make incredible new work. They made every aspect of the event possible, including the fan submissions, the tutorials showcasing professional techniques, and the live streams enabling real-time interaction.
As a result of this project, some people discovered pixiv for the first time, and some people decided to pick up a pen again after being away for a long time. We are deeply moved and motivated every time we hear of someone being inspired like that, and it encourages us to keep doing what we do.
pixiv remains committed to supporting all creators on their artistic journeys. We will continue to host exciting contests and events that help creatives find or rediscover joy in the creative process. Stay tuned for more opportunities to share your work with the world!
