The second pixiv Ambassador Project - Introducing new ambassadors from Southeast Asia!
For approximately four months, starting from November 2025, pixiv held the second pixiv Ambassador Project to further energize creative activities!
The pixiv Ambassador Program is an initiative in which professional creator ambassadors use social media and online connections to think of themes that inspire creativity, host various illustration submission events, and actively share their professional expertise.
Following the success of the first phase in early 2025, which received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants, we decided to launch the second phase.
This time, to share the joy of creation with an even wider audience, we expanded the program’s scope beyond Korea and Taiwan to include creators from Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and, Thailand.
In this article, we’ll introduce the submission themes from our ambassadors in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, along with a selection of outstanding entries.

■ pixiv Ambassadors from Indonesia (alphabetical order)
- miothle
A freelance illustrator from Indonesia.
They specialize in character illustration and have worked on projects such as Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage and AFK Journey. Known for their ability to breathe life into characters, they are currently involved in the creation of illustrations for a range of works.
- SAKON
A freelance illustrator, mostly sharing their works on X.
They specialize in illustrations featuring multiple characters and cinematic poster designs that make use of dynamic compositions. They also collaborate with various companies and community creators.
- Zakimpo
A freelance illustrator and character designer from Indonesia.
In addition to creating illustrations for VTuber agencies such as hololive, he also designs models for individual VTubers. He is active primarily on X, pixiv, and YouTube, where he shares his work and creative process.
■ pixiv Ambassadors from Malaysia (alphabetical order)
- Akitsu Inori
A VTuber based in Malaysia.
She primarily streams on YouTube and, as a hobby, specializes in drawing cute characters. Her goal is to bring joy and share her captivating creations with as many people as possible.
- Mmumechii
An illustrator from Malaysia.
Her work focuses primarily on anime-style illustrations and pieces featuring food motifs. She enjoys working in cafés while indulging in sweets, and her art captures the simple joys of everyday life.
- RandomP
A freelance illustrator from Malaysia.
He primarily creates fan art, with a particular focus on works featuring characters from The Idolmaster Shiny Colors. He values engaging with the community by sharing related fan art on social media and accepting requests on pixiv.
■ pixiv Ambassadors from Thailand (alphabetical order)
- Asuka111
A freelance creator from Thailand.
He specializes in character design and illustration, and excels at blending 2D and 3D techniques. He is currently working as an Art Director at REV Studios, where he is also involved in production work.
- HIRUNA
A freelance illustrator from Thailand.
She specializes in original female characters and fashion-themed illustrations. She is currently involved in creating illustrations for a variety of works, including novel covers, manga, and web comics.
- KAZ
A freelance creator from Thailand.
Specializing in character illustrations, she excels at creating visuals that incorporate a sense of narrative. She works across a wide range of fields, including visual production for mobile games in Thailand, China, and Singapore, as well as illustrations for card games, novel covers, and VTuber-related content. In addition to publishing original works and fanbooks, she also serves as an instructor for digital illustration courses at Coloso.

First and foremost, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the ambassadors who participated in this project.
We are deeply grateful that you shared the joy of creation in your own unique ways, launched creative initiatives, and resonated with pixiv’s mission to make creative activities even more fun, helping to energize our community.
Through the first phase of this initiative, we witnessed firsthand how the joy of creation spread to many people. Driven by a desire to share this experience with even more regions and creators, we launched the second phase of the project.
This time, we were joined by ambassadors from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, and we were delighted to have many creators from Southeast Asia participate. We were so happy to see so many wonderful works submitted and to witness the joy of creation spreading further. The entire operations team is truly thrilled!
